John Dixon was previously Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director of Skilled Group Ltd. He has over 30 years significant experience in the logistics sector, having previously held a number of executive director roles and senior executive positions with leading firms including Linfox Pty Ltd, Patrick Corporation and Westgate Logistics.
Mark Rimmer
Non Executive Director
As Development Director for Gresham Private Equity, Mark adds considerable corporate strategic depth to the Board, having worked as a strategy consultant for 13 years with specific leadership responsibilities in the consumer goods and retail industries. Prior to that, Mark spent 10 years in a variety of managerial roles in the food retailing and supply chain industries in the UK.
Craig Jolly
Non Executive Director
Craig brings vast experience from his many years in the transport and logistics industry, having previously owned and managed a very successful and respected company with in excess of 400 employees and sub-contractors.
Highly regarded within the industry, Craig was Senior Advisor to the Minister of Planning and Infrastructure in Western Australia, was a member the WA Heavy Vehicle Advisory Group for a number of years and also served on the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia Review Panel.
Neil Sutton
Non Executive Director
Neil is a Director of Gresham Private Equity and brings with him extensive banking and private equity experience. Prior to his involvement with Gresham Private Equity, he was a Director at BOS International where he worked for 5 years helping to establish the Acquisition Finance team in Australia: a leading arranger and underwriter of finance to both the corporate and private equity sectors. He had previously spent 7 years working in corporate M&A and insolvency in the UK. Neil was previously a director of Australian Pacific Paper Products.
He holds a 1st class Honours degree in Economics & Accounting from The University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Sean Williams
Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary
A Chartered Accountant, Sean started his career with 7 years at a leading international accounting firm where he worked in M&A, management consulting and insolvency. He now has over 13 years experience in transport and logistics having held senior finance and general management roles with AUSDOC Group/DX Express and Mayne Group/Symbion Health.
Prior to joining Silk, Sean was responsible for the private equity investments of a Melbourne based investment house.
